Dual Schnabel Tower Transport Goosenecks
Capacity: 75 ton carrying and lifting

Description: Dual Schnabel gooseneck design with front & rear lifting capability for independent loading & unloading. Non-ground bearing hydraulic operation.
Swing: 258” swing for tri axle jeep & rear six axle steering dolly
D-rings: Four D-rings on each Schnabel for handling purposes.
Hydraulics: Front Schnabel has separate 13hp Honda power pack. Rear Schnabel is powered by the 13hp Honda power pack located on the steer dolly. Each Schnabel has independent hydraulic controls located on the road side. Wireless remote control unit included. All Schnabel functions can be performed with operator on the ground, standing safely away from unit.
Neck Support Arms: Each Schnabel includes heavy duty hydraulic neck frame jack to provide neck support and vertical/ horizontal alignment of the gooseneck during hook up to the tower. Each neck has two 4” x 30” stroke cylinders.
Tower Lift: Hydraulic lift using three 9” x 20’ cylinders w/ independent controls and multi position locking arms for loaded transport. Maximum overall ground clearance being 52”. Counter balance check valves on lift cylinders for added safety.
Shim Assembly: 5-position hydraulic-actuated shim assembly for adjusting tower ride height. Shim assembly is easily viewable from the ground for added safety.
Telescopic Height Adjustment: Upper mast assembly is hydraulically adjustable to accommodate different tower section diameters. Each neck as two 3” x 48” cylinders to adjust height. Air actuated pins easily viewed from the ground lock mast in proper position. Adjustable in 1-3/4” increments. Maximum tower flange inner diameter 168”. Minimum tower flange inner diameter 118”.
Lower Tower Connection: 2 paddle self aligning. Paddles can be adjusted from 72” centers to 48” centers to accommodate smaller tower sections. Paddles have a proprietary polymer to maximize friction at the interface while protecting the tower section
Upper Tower Connection: Compression design with UHMW facing to protect the tower section. Safety paddles included with polyurethane pads to protect tower section. Safety paddles adjustable from 48” to 30” centers to accommodate smaller towers
