Manholes: 16" Civacon strongback style with a 10" fill and DOT-406 venting. Includes Welch plugs, per Michigan fire code.
Vapor Collection Vent: Civacon #T196SV aluminum air operated inward opening sequential vents with stainless steel trim & Viton seats.
Vapor Recovery Lines: 4" aluminum internal vapor line through mid-tank to 2 flanged 4" vapor outlets with poppeted adapters at work areas on streetside and curbside. 4” aluminum external vapor line to 1 flanged vapor adapter at rear of tank.
Emergency Valve: Civacon "MaxAir" 5" x 4" Hi Flo, air operated, internal cylinder, with Tef-O-Sil seals.
Piping: 4" schedule #10 aluminum discharge piping to T-drilled crossover lines with Viton gaskets. Sight glasses, manifolds and pump lines are optional.
Discharge Valve: 4" Civacon 891BA openable adapters with aluminum handle, Viton seals and sight bubble. 4" API to 4" cam style hose adapters on curbside, 4” Wet-r-Dry valves and cam style hose adapters on streetside.
Secondary Overfill Prevention: Civacon ROM II system. Overfill sockets with integral ground proving wires.
Brake Interlock: Safety interference bar with lock down pin handle over discharge valves and front vapor outlet. Rear vapor outlet has a separate interlock valve.
Pumps, Meters, Reels: Customer specified.
Ladder: Rear aluminum ladder with serrated rungs, platform top step and hand rails above overturn rails. Front ladder is optional.
Walkway: Adhesive backed, skid-resistant tape between flashing rails. Expanded metal optional.
Cabinet: Two 42” fitting cabinets (one streetside and one curbside) and one 16” operator cabinet are standard. All cabinets are aluminum construction with stainless steel hinges, water resistant seals and slam latches.
Landing Legs: JOST A-HEIL Magnum 2-speed with 62,500# lift capacity, sand shoes and streetside crank.
Hose Carrier: Customer specified hose tray and hose tube combinations.
Fenders: Aluminum contour fenders with Heil anti sail/anti spray mud flaps over each axle.
Lights: 12V Truck-Lite flange mount LED lamp system complying to FMVSS with conspicuity markings each side and rear. Cabinet lights and spot lights are standard along with high visibility stop/tail/turn lights at 3:00 and 9:00 at the rear.
Suspension: Six Hendrickson Intraax AA250 air rides. Three fixed axles with a single leveling valve in positions #3, #4, and #5. Three lift axles in positions #1, #2, and #6. Quick release valves on all lift axles.
Axles: HP type spindles (parallel), 71.5” track, integral to suspension. Dust shields are standard.
Brake System: Wabco 4S-2M ABS system with RSS+ Roll Stability System. Disk brakes are optional.
Suspension Frame: Bi-metal suspension subframe with galvanized hi tensile steel longmembers and aluminum crossmembers. Suspension is bolted to subframe.
Oil Seals: Visible caps with OEM seals.
Hubs and Drums: 10 stud hub piloted ADI hubs and cast outboard mount brake drums (16.5" x 7").
Paint: DuPont Imron 5000 series silver metallic polyurethane enamel paint on non-galvanized steel parts only.
Wheels: 10 stud hub piloted Alcoa LvL One aluminum disc wheels with clean buff finish. Steel wheels optional.
Tires: Customer specified.
Warranty: Industry leading Silver 4 year limited warranty. Gold (5 yr) and Platinum (7 yr) packages are optional.
