Vessel Material— Mill finished aluminum
Vessel Construction— Smooth exterior, internal rings, 45 degree hopper slope with bolt-on spun cones
Testing— Hydro tested at 37.5 P.S.I.
Design Pressure—15 P.S.I.
End Frames— Huck riveted end frames with hi-tensile galvanized steel frame rails and cross members, and Heil aluminum pinned struts.
Manholes— (3) 20” Heil heavy duty cast aluminum , with aluminum cam handles and nylon wear plates, located above each hopper.
Ladder— Aluminum, mounted at rear over chassis frame. Grab handles at chassis frame and top of vessel.
Walkway— Non-skid tape between aluminum toe rails. Toe rails to extend past first manhole.
Fenders—Heil anti-sail flaps. Aluminum single contour front and double contour rear fenders with galvanized steel fender supports.
Lights—12 Volt Truck Lite flange mount LED lamp system complying to FMVSS with conspicuity markings each side and rear. Combination mid-tank clearance and turn signals, one each side with one oval third stop light, located rear center of trailer.
Upper Coupler— Hi-tensile steel, bolted and adjustable with 2” forged kingpin.
Landing Legs— Jost 2-speed Magnum series with sand shoes, and streetside crank.
Gauges— Two liquid filled back-lit gauges, pressure range 0-30 PSI located on streetside frame rail. One for tank pressure, one for line pressure.
Product Line— 4” Schedule-40 zinc plated steel line between hoppers with rubber hose joint connectors.
Product Valves— 5” SureSeal figure 890 butterfly valve with two-piece aluminum body, one-piece stainless steel disc-stem and white Nitrile seat. Located at each hopper operated streetside.
Product Tees— BTI Siphon Flow 5” x 4” heat treated alloy steel gravity tees. Zinc plated body and aluminum gravity door. Heat treated 4140 steel (Part “A”) male adapter and cable tethered aluminum dust cap at rear of last hopper tee.
Aeration—Three (3) BTI Spin-Flo aerators per hopper, with hopper saver wear plates included.
Pressure Control— 3” SureSeal figure 500 butterfly valve, Located streetside to regulate airflow to product discharge line.
Air Line— 3” aluminum line with 3” adapter and cap street side front of tank. One 3” swing check valve near P.T.O. inlet and one 3” swing check valve upstream of front hopper discharge.
Top Air— 3” aluminum top air line in combination with blow down line and “ SureSeal figure 500 butterfly valve, located streetside at front.
Blow Down Line— 3” aluminum line with 3” SureSeal figure 500 butterfly valve, located streetside at front.
Hose Carrier— One 5-Hose capacity hose tray and hook assembly. 10’ long galvanized expanded metal hose tray located above streetside rear fender with three galvanized steel hose hooks forward of hose tray.
Suspension— Hendrickson AAT230 Air Ride Suspension, parallel axle & brake system. 71.5” track, 5” round, 23,000 lb. axle beam rating.
Axles— Integrated with air ride.
Brakes— Aluminum 2850 cu. in. air tank with rubber saddles and stainless steel u-bolt mount. System to meet FMVSS requirements. Wabco 2S-2M ABS system, (2 sensor/2 modulator).
Oil Seals— Premium oil seals.
Paint— Silver metallic Imron Series 5000 on steel parts.
