Heil Trailer International, Co. announced that Jacob Radish has assumed the role of Plant Manager at the Athens, Tennessee, facility. As Plant Manager, Radish will help the Athens plant continue its Lean Journey and work with the Athens team to align all processes to ensure delivery of quality products and services to Heil customers.
Jake previously worked at Oshkosh Corporation in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where he held a number of key leadership positions in operations and Lean transformation. Oshkosh produces specialty access equipment, fire and emergency trucks, as well as various military vehicles. Prior to that, Jake worked in the metal finishing business for Southwest Metal Finishing, Inc., as a Tier 1 Supplier to Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
